PRO TIPS
- Image Brightness: Screens and Monitors often make images look brighter than they will print. Turn down your brightness to half level for a better representation of how an image will print.
- Sharpen: All digital images require some form of sharpening when created. This applies to both scans and photographs.
- Soft Proof: Zoom in on your file to roughly the size that you are printing. This will give you an idea of how the resolution holds up when enlarged.
How To Upload Your Image
Uploading your file for printing is straightforward and effortless. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:

Select Images: Click the 'Select Images' button to browse your device for the file, or drag and drop your image file into the designated box.

File Upload: Once your file is selected, it will upload and appear in the 'Your Uploaded Files' section. Ensure your file is a high-resolution image (minimum 300 dpi) in JPEG, TIFF, or PNG format for optimal print quality.

Choose a Size: After uploading your file, click on it in the 'Your Uploaded Files' section to proceed. The next step will be to select the size you want for your print.
Remember, the quality of your print directly correlates with the quality of the file you upload. For best results, ensure your file is color corrected and edited to your satisfaction before upload.

We accept TIFF, JPEG, PNG, and PSD file formats—100Mb max upload size. If your file is more significant than 100MB, please convert it to JPEG to reduce the file size. If your file is still larger than 100 MB, please send the file to Chris@TheStackhouse.com using a file transfer service. Please include a Stackhouse Printing Order form with each order.
